Volume Discount Bundle: Moreso ("the app") lets Shopify merchants show quantity-break bundle offers ("Buy 2, save 10%") on product pages and applies the matching discount at checkout. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Data we access

• Store identity: your .myshopify.com domain and an access token, used to authenticate API calls.
• Products and collections (scope read_products): IDs and titles of the products or collections you choose for each offer.
• Discounts (scope write_discounts): the app creates and updates one automatic discount ("Volume bundle") that applies your offers.
• Orders (scope read_orders): when an order is created, the app reads its line items, prices and discount amounts to calculate the bundle revenue shown in your dashboard. The app stores only the order ID, date, currency, number of bundle units and bundle revenue amounts. It does not store customer names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or payment details.
• Settings and offers you enter: quantity breaks, labels, badges and display options.

How we use it

Solely to provide the app's features: displaying your offers, applying the bundle discount, and reporting the revenue your bundles generate (also used to show which plan range you are in). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. The app does not use AI or send your data to other processors.

Storefront

The theme block reads your offers from an app metafield and adds the chosen items to the cart through Shopify's standard cart. It sets no cookies, does not track shoppers, and sends no shopper data to our servers.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a managed SQL database, encrypted at rest) on Cloudflare's network, accessed only by the app's Cloudflare Worker over TLS. Access tokens are used only for Shopify Admin API calls on your behalf.

Retention & deletion

Data is retained while the app is installed. On app/uninstalled the access token is deleted; on Shopify's shop/redact webhook all of your store's data (offers, order amounts, settings) is deleted. You may also request deletion at any time via the contact below.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR/CCPA webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Because the app keeps no customer personal data, customer requests have nothing to return or erase.
